Inspection Visits Itinerary

Day 1

You will arrive at Alicante or Murcia airport and be met by a member of our customer care staff who will drive you to your hotel. If you wish you can spend the rest of the day either relaxing or exploring the area, or if you prefer you can chat to one of our property experts who will discuss further your requirements and show you pictures of some of the areas and properties you will be viewing during your visit.

Day 2

We usually meet you at your hotel after breakfast at 9.30am. Depending on what you did the day before we will either discuss in detail your requirements or get straight out on the road looking at locations and properties. Throughout the day we make sure that the properties and areas you are viewing suit your requirements and adjust things accordingly. Generally we try to return you to your hotel for around 6.00pm

Day 3

Like yesterday we will pick you up at your hotel after breakfast at 9.30am and we will usually chat through any questions that you may have thought of during the previous evening then, depending on how we got on the previous day, today is spent either, revisiting properties and areas short listed yesterday, viewing alternative properties and areas, or concluding your purchase. The day usually ends around 6.00pm like the previous day.

Day 4

Today is generally spent tying up any loose ends and finalising purchasing arrangements.

Once any loose ends are dealt with, questions are answered and introductions are made our customer service staff will return you safely back to the airport in plenty of time for your flight home.

We do like to try to find time during your visit to introduce you to the member of our customer service team who will be designated to deal with your purchase and any queries you may have, our clients have often told us that they like to be able to "put a face to the voice" when they are on the phone.
