Homes can be purchased before they are built "off plan" purchased new, or second hand, and you can even have your dream home designed and built by local tradesmen.

These homes can be situated throughout the Costa Blanca in an area covering literally thousands of kilometres they could be in busy bustling towns or quiet fishing villages, coastal or inland locations, and with prices from around £50,000 up to over £5,000,000.the choices can be baffling.

It is for this reason that most reputable estate agents like Nueva Vida will recommend before purchasing that you arrange an accompanied inspection visit through an established estate agent with registered offices in Spain in order to spend a few days in the area or areas that you feel will best suit you with an expert who will ensure that your time is wisely spent making sure that the choices you make are good ones.

Before your visit we will chat to you in order to identify what type of property you are looking for and what type of area you would like it to be located in, how much you intend to invest in your property and how you intend to use your home once you have chosen it. Once we have discussed and understood fully your requirements we will then make sure that there is a suitable range of properties and areas for you to view and consider during you time with us.

All of our clients are different and have different degrees of knowledge of the area, properties and Spanish home ownership we understand this and it is because of this that we do not have a rigid schedule for our visits. We prefer to individualise your visit to suit you and will make sure before your visit that we can fit everything in during your time with us without making the process too tiring. You will be accompanied by one of our experts who will deal with you on an individual basis not as part of a group.

Whilst our policy is to tailor our visits to the individual often our clients ask for our advice to make sure that they get the most from their time in Spain. Our experience is that the following schedule usually provides a good knowledge base for clients who already have a little experience of Spain and the Costa Blanca.
