THE SECURITY OF HAVING REGULAR PHYSICAL VISITS TO THEIR PROPERTY WHEN IT
MAY BE UNOCCUPIED.
Typically weeks are block booked from our
clients by national tour and self catering travel
companies on an annual basis and maintained by
designated staff during this period. Quarterly
rental reports, property dilapidation reports and
quarterly rental payments are normally provided
as standard.
Full management services can be provided to
Nueva Vida clients which includes property
maintenance and security , airport delivery and
collection, cleaning, grocery collection, and
discount schemes.
